It all began in a tiny kitchen in İzmir, with one stubborn idea:

The Founder’s Note
From Borna:

My name is Borna. I studied Economics and E-Commerce and spent many years working in trade. But two things have always been part of my life: I absolutely love food… and I’ve always struggled with my weight.

For years I lived with that contradiction: craving delicious meals while constantly dieting. One day I decided: enough. There has to be a better way.

So I started creating food that’s genuinely delicious AND truly healthy, high in protein, made with real, clean ingredients, and (most importantly) something you actually look forward to eating.

What started in my kitchen shouldn’t stay in my kitchen. Everyone deserves this.

I began as a passionate home cook, experimenting day and night, measuring, tasting, tweaking recipes over and over. My son started calling me “Chef Babam” (Dad Chef), and that playful, loving nickname became the soul of our brand: warm, welcoming, a little fun, but never compromising on quality.
I’ve always loved bringing people together around the table. For me, food isn’t just fuel, it’s connection, conversation, joy.
